OUR MISSION
The Kitchen Dink was founded in 2021 with the goal of making pickleball more exciting and engaging to a younger generation. Its goal is for pickleball to be a ubiquitously sanctioned high school and collegiate sport as soon as possible. To achieve this modest goal, The Kitchen Dink creates apparel and hosts events that intentionally lean into a more attractive aesthetic and experience for this younger generation. While pickleball has been around for quite some time, The Kitchen Dink is excited to help pave the way for this new energy looking to power it for years to come.
BEHIND OUR NAME
The Kitchen Dink seeks to slow it all down a little. Rather than a cacophonous racket, we prefer the rhythmic soothing back and forth of that shot where you're in the no volley zone and you hit the ball softly over the net. The dink from the kitchen. The Kitchen Dink.
